The terms that govern reservations, casino floor access and your stay at Ivory Inn Casino Hotel.

1. Reservations
Room, suite and casino hotel package reservations require a valid payment method at booking. Rates are confirmed at the time of reservation and subject to availability at Ivory Inn Casino Hotel.
2. Casino Floor Access
Access to the casino floor, high-limit casino room and casino lounge is restricted to guests 21 years of age or older who present valid government identification. Ivory Inn Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse casino floor entry or service to any individual.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Standard rooms and most casino hotel packages may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, may be charged for the first night's stay.
4. Responsible Gaming
Ivory Inn Casino Hotel supports responsible play. Guests may request voluntary self-exclusion or play limits confidentially through the casino host desk. Casino credit included in packages is non-transferable and has no cash value.
5. Conduct
Guests are expected to follow posted casino etiquette, dress codes and table rules. Ivory Inn Casino Hotel may remove any guest from the casino floor or property for conduct that endangers other guests or staff.
6. Liability
Ivory Inn Casino Hotel is not liable for losses incurred while gaming on the casino floor, in accordance with applicable state gaming law. Guests are responsible for personal property left unattended in public areas, including the casino.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Ivory Inn Casino Hotel operates, including applicable gaming and hospitality regulations.
