A casino hotel built the size of a good idea, not a big one.
Ivory Inn opened in 2019 as a deliberately small casino hotel: 141 rooms, thirty-six casino tables, and a promise that neither side of the property would ever outgrow the other.
Our Story
Why we built a small casino hotel instead of a big one.
Verano Springs already had two large casino resorts when Ivory Inn broke ground. Our founders had worked inside both, and left with the same complaint: the casino floor and the hotel rooms felt designed by two separate companies that never spoke. So Ivory Inn was drawn as one building, by one team, with the casino sized to match a 141-room hotel rather than the other way around.
Every material choice traces back to that decision — the brass table lamps in the casino, the same brass used on suite door numbers; the felt on the casino tables, echoed in the headboards upstairs. It's a casino hotel that reads as one continuous interior, floor to floor.
Our Philosophy
Hospitality first, casino floor second.
We hire hoteliers who happen to understand casino operations, not the reverse. Every casino host on our floor trains first on the guest side of the business — housekeeping standards, dining service, spa protocol — before they're ever handed a pit assignment. It shows up in small ways: a dealer who remembers you checked in with a late flight, a host who has your usual table ready before you ask.
It's a philosophy that only works at this size. We have no plans to expand the casino hotel beyond its current footprint.

Ivory Inn Casino Hotel opens with 96 rooms and 20 casino tables.
2022
The Garnet Penthouse wing and the high-limit casino room open, bringing the hotel to 141 rooms.
2026
Ivory Circle membership passes 4,000 members across the casino hotel's loyalty program.
